Tips

  • Appointments in Pulse360 and your CRM system are synchronized, so you do not have to duplicate them. 
  • When creating Notes with Quick Add option, you will also create a new Appointment for the Contact.

Guide

Option 1

Select a Client and click on the green "Calendar" icon.

Option 2

Click Quick Add ("Lightning" icon) and create a Note and Appointment at the same time.
