Create Notes without previously setting up Appointments

Tips

  • You can add notes, if you do not have any Appointments for the chosen client.
  • For best experiences, add more notes to the Appointment rather than creating new appointments for each note.

  • When creating Agenda or Summary, make your Micro-templates client-facing, so instead "Ask client to provide…" use "Provide us ...".

Guide

Step 1

Select a Client and click Quick Add ("Lightning" icon) next to the Appointments field. 

Step 2

You can use Micro-templates to add a new note. Start typing to find the right one and click Add.

Step 3

Click on Create a single-use note for one-off item. Always select a Topic to add notes to a Document.
