Create one-off micro-template personal note

Tips

  • You can add Notes that will not show up in a Document.
  • Select a Topic even for a single-use Note to have them included in the final output.
  • Notes without "A"/ "S" tag will not show up in the Agenda/Summary.

Guide

Step 1

Select a Client and Appointment to activate Topics and Micro-templates fields.

Step 2

Add a Note and select a Topic ("Category").

Step 3

Tag "A" or "S" to add them to Agenda and Summary accordingly.

Step 4

Create a Document with a single-use Note.

Create a single-use note with Quick Add ('Lightning' icon).
